ALIGNING YOUR BEHAVIORAL STRENGTHS TO YOUR IDEAL JOB
Thomas International has developed a one-day workshop designed for students to understand the impact of your behavior and how to align your strengths to a job that you would be behaviorally suitable for.

Each participant receives an in-depth PPA assessment of your own behaviour detailing your inherent strengths and limitations, your motivators and fears as well as your preferred communication styles.

Key Objectives Include:

  • Understanding the importance and impact of different behavioral styles.
  • Identifying motivators and fears in order to improve productivity.
  • Recognizing the values and limitations of different people.
  • The way we communicate and the impact it may have on others.
  • Modifying behavior in order to maximize performance.
  • Aligning your preferred behavioral style to your ideal job.
  • Identifying areas for development.

Materials include:

  1. A Personal Profile Analysis (PPA) – DISC based behavioral assessment.
  2. A Personal Action Plan assisting you with behavior modification.

Productivity Seminar

Karen Foster is the recipient of a prestigious Banting Postdoctoral Fellowship. A search of renowned research programs in her area of interest lead the elite scholar to Saint Mary’s University for postdoctoral research in productivity.

Dr. Foster will be speaking to us about her research in productivity in relation to the workplace, and the influences and implications we as young professionals from the X & Y generations can expect as we build our careers.

HR Networking Event: Connecting Students to HR Professionals
